Pack Positions:
Bather
Our Bathers handle every hands-on prep step before the groom: bathing, conditioning, towel-drying, dematting, nail trims, ear cleaning—everything to get a coat camera-ready.
Assistant Groomer
Bridge the gap between Bathers and Groomers. You’ll support both departments—helping with advanced prepping and putting your clipper and scissor skills to work under a Experienced Groomer’s mentorship.
Groomer
As a Groomer you’re the styling specialist: full haircuts, breed-standard scissor work —and you collaborate closely with Assistant Groomers, divvying up dogs by task so every pup gets the best of both your skills. Our clients love the flexibility of our booking process, and the key to that is our groomers all work under the leadership of our Head Groomer creating a consistent look and feel across our entire salon.
Customer Experience
Our CX teammates are the friendly faces and voices that keep our pack strong. You’ll build rapport with pet parents, handle scheduling, answer questions, and ensure every visit feels seamless—from drop-off to pick-up. Training covers both our client experience standards and leadership skills, so you’ll be ready to step into supervisory or team-lead roles.
